I need ideas or advice, so any suggestions are welcome.
Lately, my depression seems tied to how I see myself and my life. I dwell on my past, my failures, and where I am now. Even though I’ve been trying CBT therapy, I feel like things are getting worse. I can’t seem to see anything good in my life and I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom. I’m still managing to keep going, but I feel empty and down.
Does anyone have ideas on how to boost my self-belief and see life more positively?
