        We all know that certain mental health conditions can make us prone to being a bit messy or disorganized. I’d like to ask: what cleaning or organization habits do you incorporate into your everyday lives?

          Just start by taking it slow and easy. Don’t try to do everything all at once or you’ll feel overwhelmed. As the saying goes, things don’t get messy in a day, so they won’t be cleaned in a day either. Take one step at a time. Remember, the system works if you work it.
