Hey, does anyone suffer from low energy, despite not doing much?
I feel as though being anxious drains me mentally, and physically, simply from having to deal with tense muscles and rushing thoughts. It makes me debilitated, and unable to apportion necessary energy to daily necessary tasks, and to being focused when it’s required.
Do you guys have tips and tricks on how to manage it, and how better to expend our limited mental energy deposits throughout the day?
