Hi, I have lost my way. I lost my mum 3 years ago this month. I miss her daily, I’ve given up. I’ve no hope, no interests in my hobbies. I had friends up untill summer each one got on my nerves in there own way. I couldn’t put up with them anymore they out my life now…

I hate the area I live in. I need to change my life but I not know where to start. A lot of my anxiety fear holds me back unfortunately

Could somone give me advice because I can’t handle anymore. And dr only advises medication it does nothing for me only makes me worse

I’m sorry to hear about your loss. Losing your mom must be incredibly tough to go through. Healing takes time, and I hope you find peace and comfort along the way. It’s understandable to feel like shutting down sometimes, but I also hope that you’ll find the motivation to start moving forward again soon. Take care of yourself.

It’s true, feeling lost is a common experience, especially after going through significant losses. I can relate; I also felt lost after losing my dad, my dog, and going through a relationship ending all within a few months of each other.

You find ways to cope, but sometimes the grief hits you like waves crashing against rocks, overwhelming you unexpectedly. Then there are moments of calm until the next wave comes, until the storm eventually subsides. With time, the raw pain becomes more bearable. Trust me, it does get easier to carry ❤️.
