In the past year or so, I did things to move forward in life that made me leave my comfort zone. I spent a few months getting mentally ready to deal with feeling vulnerable and paranoid and learning to trust others. Then, I just went for it, like jumping into the deep end. Luckily, everything turned out okay.
@Focusyn think of something else that would cause you to roll back in your comfort zone. Exercise, spend time with a friend, treat yourself to lunch or a movie, even if you go alone.
Step out of the house and find new things to do. Attend church or adjust your usual routine in small ways.
