One or two normal conversations a day can help someone who is feeling crazy. I don’t understand people sometimes. I’m learning to tell them that I don’t understand what they’re saying :
It’s been a helpful line: rather than just trying to make sense of their nonsense language I just say I don’t understand what you’re saying.

I say that to get out of a conversation I want no part of. I think human contact is healthy for sure. A little bit goes a long way. I don’t get human contact except on Wednesday and Friday. I need more but I don’t know where to go to get it
For me, I never fit in with anyone unless I was drinking and getting high off other substances. That’s why I became addicted to it, because that was the only way for me to socialize, but now since I try to fight myself to be around people because I get so nervous around them and feel like I can’t relate with them especially when people seem so happy! I really can’t relate!
