@mirandaI’m a very sensitive person who tends to overreact to everything. Something small just happened: I saw a YouTuber I like was being offensive to many groups of people when I posted a comment to say I believe what she’d said was wrong she deleted my comment, this happened over an hour ago and I can’t calm down, I’m just so angry. I think she’s not as good of a person as she pretends to be. Can you give me some tips on how to calm down and not overreact to everything?

@genieI have trouble experiencing emotions but I do get irritable a lot and lose my temper over small insignificant things, I haven’t found a way around it, I think it’s a side effect of the meds

@focusynim very sensitive too. That would be annoying to me, if you found out the person you like isn’t a good person. It can be heard to get your head around that
