What is the point in life?

Does anyone else feel like life is meaningless?
I mean, sure, day-to-day stuff matters, but on a larger scale, what’s the point? In my 30s, I see friends getting cancer, the older generation above my mom passing away, making my mom the oldest in our family.

The world seems to be falling apart with wars and climate crises. I just can’t understand the purpose of it all. I wake up, go to work, stress out at my job, spend all my time cleaning and organizing the house. I have two kids whom I love dearly, but someday I’ll just be a burden to them. It’s hard to explain, but it feels empty.
