@shyvioletI never had a successful relationshp befor now cuz they’d alwys abuse me and cheat on me… I’ve been in therapy and counselng on and off since I was 13 years old. I hav hated myself evr since I can remember. I’m so so so ugly. Evryone always said it. Includng guys, so I knw it wasn’t just “jealousy” comin from girls. Besides, the girls who did it were always the more populr ones, even long aftr leavng school. So you just knw they were better lookng than me anyway.

@raniaI’m really sorry you’ve had such difficult experiences. It’s important to remember that your worth isn’t defined by others’ opinions or actions, building self-esteem and self-love takes time and effort, but it is possible , and therapy can help challenge negative beliefs and build self-esteem.
